You learn through
We learn the information about food, processes and skills in our theory lessons and then we put them into practice in the Practical classes. Practical classes allow you to develop your skills with various processes and learn about new ingredients. There are also opportunities for free choice of recipes, especially as part of Units 3 & 4. Your major assessment task in Unit 4 is creating your own set of dishes based on your selected theme.
